The B& Hammer.
I built this back 2008. The head is made of black pipe and steel plating, the handle is made of steel and steel bar stock. The handle is made of two pieces. The top half is hollow and is unscrewable from the head. The bottom half is solid bar stock to add weight offset from the head. The leather is used as grip, I also use it to mask the unscrewable top. It may look heavy but it weighs in at about 35 pounds. If I had the resources, I would have made it out of aluminum stock to reduce it's weight.
